On the first floor, a large, comfortable and air-conditioned master bedroom with a private bathroom will invite you to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view over Flamands beach and the ocean.

While, the guest bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, located on the garden side of the villa and on the main floor is composed of twin beds you can gather as a king. Ideal for a small family. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player and American Dish Network.

Also located on the main level and off the guest bedroom and guest bathroom, a spacious, nicely furnished living-room with air conditioned opens onto a sleek, L-shaped gourmet kitchen.Both the kitchen and living-room face the terrace along with the pool, sun deck and covered gazebo where guests will enjoy meals while enjoying the ocean view.

Comfortable lounge chairs will invite you to sun bathe in a peaceful and private ambiance.

A gated staircase leads you down to the beach to either swim in the ocean or nicely walk and relax while listening the surf of the ocean or discovering the gourmet restaurants also located on Flamands bay.
